ARABIAN PIPES CO. (APC), a Saudi Joint stock Company. is the largest manufacturer of medium range High Frequency Welded (HFW) steel pipes in the Middle East. The Facility, within an investment exceeding 750 million Saudi Riyals, is centrally located in the Riyadh Second Industrial City and specializes

in the manufacture and anti-corrosion coating HFW pipe for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Agricultural & Construction Industries. APC is unique, being the only HFW Mill in the Middle East having a state of the art anti-corrosion coating plant for external FBE, 3LPE and 3LPP.

APC's manufacturing facility is centrally located in Riyadh's Second Industrial City, on an area of 228.000 sq.meters. Its annual production capacity is 160.000 metric tons per year. The Operation incorporates state-of-the-art technology exceeding the stringent requirements of Oil & Gas Companies.

APC will soon commence operations of its Jubail facility in 3rd Quarter 2006, which will cater to the larger diameter pipe requirements (16"~48") using the most modern Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding (LSAW) technology.

APC started production in mid 1995 becoming the major supplier in medium range HFW pipe in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. APC has extended its market base by capitalizing on its production capabilities and commitment to 'Total Quality Management'. These export markets include U.A.E, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Libya, Jordan, Sudan, Yemen, Egypt, Nigeria, Iran and Iraq and other international locations

APC has installed and acquired the latest generation of manufacturing, inspection and testing equipment to meet the ever-increasing demand on quality from the Oil & Gas companies. Through continuous development and commitment to 'Total Quality Management' APC is a world class mill; (Through the installation of cage forming methods, edge milling, advanced laboratory facilities for testing API/ASTM high grade pipe for Sour and Non-Sour environments and state-of-the-art integrated information system and latest handling/storage methods).

QUALITY SYSTEM & PRODUCT ACCREDITATION

APC understands the importance of 'Total Quality Management' from its inception to present day and the future. Comprehensive program in implementing the quality system as per the guide lines  of ISO 9001: 1996 and API Q1 was undertaken from the beginning. APC has maintained its certification in compliance with ISO since June 1996 and has maintained the right to use the Official API Monogram on manufactured products under the conditions in the official publication of the American Petroleum Institute entitled API Spec Q1 and API Spec 5L and 5CT and in accordance with the provisions of the License Agreement since June 1996.
